Authors are invited to submit electronically previously unpublished papers relevant to the conference topics. Papers will be reviewed for scientific content, organization and clearness by a composed Scientific/Reviewer Committee.

The IManE&E 2020 Conference Proceedings containing the reviewed and accepted papers for presentation will be published by IOP Conference Series, at the beginning of 2021. It will be possible to publish extended versions of accepted papers to Journals indexed in Scopus and WoS.

And prepare your manuscript accordingly.

All papers must then be sent to amark@mail.ntua.gr until the designated date.

You will be notified for the reviews on the paper (at least two) and you will have to revise your paper, if so suggested by the reviewers.

Please note:

By submitting a paper, an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the Proceedings License.

The authors are kindly asked to submit the manuscripts in .doc or .docx formats.

A maximum of 2 (two) articles per author is accepted.

Initial Registration, Abstract upload, Full Paper Upload and all other Conference Proceedings are being processed through EasyChair IManE&E 2019.

The IManE&E 2020 Conference Proceedings containing the reviewed and accepted papers for presentation will be published in open access in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering and will be submitted for indexing in Scopus and ISI Web of Science by IOP Publishing Services. The publisher offers the possibility to publish extended versions to Journals indexed in Scopus and WoS.

In the process of paper submission, reviewing process, correcting the papers and sending the final papers in accordance with the reviewers’ recommendations one shall use EasyChair IManE&E 2019 management system.

You should upload your abstract at EasyChair   section as Author.

For uploading the abstract(s), please follow the procedure:

1. Open an EasyChair account or log in to the existing one.

2. Upload the abstract(s), in .pdf  format, at: EasyChair IManE&E 2019.

After log in, for uploading the .pdf  file, select:

– “New Submission” (if you are only “Author”);

– “IManE&E 2019” – “Change role” – select “Author” – then “New Submission” (if you are PC  Member).

If the registration process is not working properly, please send the abstract to imanee2019@gmail.com

We shall upload the abstract for you on the database.

After submission of abstract(s) those will be submitted for approval.

You will be notified upon acceptance or denial.

The final paper should not extend more than 6 (six) pages long.

By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the
